A few pounds? Well, then a well-balanced, calorie-restricted diet is the way to go.
A few inches? That's exercise. You might not see a drop on the scale, but with cardio and strength training, you will see better muscle definition and a reduction in your measurements. A must if the To-Die-For dress is strapless. Next time, just find a dress that fits well the first time, and you won't mind spending the cash to have it altered in case you lose weight afterwards.

hi there, if you want to improve your health generally, lose weight and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 70 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing. Try them you won’t be disappointed.

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. Even has categories like diabetes, low fat info, and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.
http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-DietsWeightLoss--Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html
Many of the products and programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think.
Hope this helps!

If i were you, I'd eat light every three hours; aka follow this eating plan:
Breakfast - within 1 hour of getting up (6:00); try a whole grain cereal with skim milk and strawberries/blueberries OR toast/wrap with PB, banana, and glass of skim milk
Snack - 3 hours later (9:00): smoothie, fruit
Lunch - 3 hours later (noon): sandwich on whole wheat and salad
Snack - 3 hours later (3:00): pretzels, yogurt
Dinner - 3 hours later (6:00): soup, salad (dark leaf, light dressing)

If you eat sensible, good foods, not junk high fat foods, cut each meal by 1/3 of your normal portion, and increase your normal exercises(or start to do some) by 1/3 more, and you should start to get results fast. The key is healthy, not fads, you want to keep wearing to die for clothes ? Go for it girl!!

Don't eat anything but vegetable and fruit and don't eat after 7:00 pm. Walk a lot and do crunches. You will loose it.
