Sure you can, and very easily. the mechanics of an installation are simple. And then plan on going to jail since it is illegal to dump the contents on the road. And, as others have pointed out, how would you like to be following a van with this kind of contraption installed? Didn't you hear about the tour bus that "accidently" dumped its holding tnnk while crossing a bridge over a river and liberally sprinkled a ferry passing under the bridge? As I recall, there was a substantial fine involved.

Well now just think of the trucks running up and down our roads hauling livestock and what do you think happens to all the excrement from them. If you have the ability to plumb in the toilet, why not plumb in a holding tank? By the way, Have you noticed all the soda bottles with yellow liquid along the highways?

Can you? Sure. Would it be legal, or appropriate? Nope, sorry. The only thing you can legally put on a highway is water, and chicken feathers. Chicken feathers was added when it became obvious transported chickens lose feathers and they are impossible to contain on the vehicle.

Try it, and the health department will be on you like a duck on a junebug.

I agree with everything everyone else said about it being illegal and inappropriate. And let me tell you, you wouldn't have to be in sight of a police car to get in trouble, because if I saw a vehicle do that I would call 911 on my cell immediately with the license number.

Thats disgusting and no it would be considered littering and you could be fined. Not only that but if you could dump your nasty human waste on the road dont you think RVs would be doing that instead of having tanks that need to be emptied.

Yes you could, but it will take a wile or you could just put a hole in the van and put your toilet there.

TOTALLY illegal, and dangerous. Some irate driver may decide to retaliate by shooting at you.

Trains used to do that, but it was outlawed too.
