I have sony hc 23 Mini dv camera when i transfer the video to cd using the sony software it comes out un clear

But when i coonect it up to the tv it comes out cry stal clear any one know why this is and how i can make the picture cleaR?

any software you suggesT?

Transfer it to your pc first , then burn onto dvd not cd.
