I really hope you'd stop and take the time to think about this one for just a second or so, what would braces in someones mouth possibly do to protect the inside of their mouths from boiling hot water? answer, absolutely nothing, so your answer is no more than the person without braces in their mouth

Absolutely not. Try listerine as a disinfectant or warm (not hot) water with table salt in it (if the braces have scraped a gash in the inside of the cheek.

If it's to help get rid of food stuck, buy a waterpick machine (you can get them at Walmart or anywhere else). It will not damage the braces and will get the gunk out.

i think what you were actually thinking of is to drink some slat water in your mouth if your braces are cutting you inside.

all you do is heat (do not boil) some salt water and put it in your mouth for 30 seconds.

you must rinse about five times

Yes....no problem.

PS. The question mentions BOILED water, not BOILING water.
