I usually find it hiding under the bed every day when I get up. I have to coax it out with food.

In my talks with God, in taking the time to read His word (the Bible)...I find sanity in every act of worship, for God is great and everything I do to praise Him brings Him and myself joy. God bless you.

i get my sanity from hearing god's word and believing his promises for my life. knowing that there will be hard times, and knowing that god is going to be there to help me through my troubles.

When I'm cycling or working out. It relieves stress and my mind is totally focused on what I'm doing instead of worrying about my job etc.
