At this time I don't believe there is a way to make scars disappear, but their are ways over the counter topical creams that help lessen the appearance. One is called Mederma "skin care for scars" . There are a couple more brands that I have I have seen at the drugstore. Good old fashion vitamin E oil applied a few times a day is also known to reduce the appearance of scars. I don't know how far you are willing to go, but there are also ways to apply certain makeup (foundation, concealers, bronzers and sunless tanning stuff) that can possibly conceal, blend or draw attention away from scars. I wouldn't count on them to look nonexistent, but depending on the severity of the scar, it may go unnoticed to others unless pointed out. I hope you find something that works for you, or at least helps. I have quite a few scars myself and I know how uncomfortable I feel about them, but I also know that as noticeable it may seem to you, others may not give it a second look.

If they are not deep then dermabrasion or laser might work.
