download prob.can not open access denied?

i am trying to downkload a prog from shareaza and limewire but each time i go to open it i get the same note can not open access denied how do i get round this

if its porn or anything like that(you may be doing it unwittingly) then your security setting are set too high, lower them temporally and see what happens

If you have done a windows update recently there was one paticular update thats a security patch and it stops you downloading from LImewire and other peer2peer sites. Its the same sercurity system that's in the new Windows Vista. That why i'm holding back from buying it.

If you do a system restore it should revert back to normal.
