*With fever and abnormal liver function test (LFT) the most likely diagnosis here is 'Hepatitis'.
**Get the complete panel checked up to find out if what type of hepatitis it is( Hep A, B,C,D,E , autoimmune, etc).
***There are a lot of other conditions that can also present with fever and abnormal LFT. Are u having fever/chills in a cyclical manner?.....rule out Malaria. Is there pain and tenderness around right upper part of your abdomen?.....rule out gall stones or gall bladder infections!

In hepatitis, fever is usually present in the prodromal period. When jaundice appears, fever subsides. Besides hepatitis, SGPT can also be raised with enteric fever (typhoid) or with malaria.

You are having jaundice probably.SGPT is elevated in conditions like Hepatitis where there is damage to liver cells which is seen as jaundice. Get a complete Liver Function test done and start the treatment ,if necessary, soon. Get well!!

pl go for CBC and urine test along with liver function test and rule out malaria n u need to consult a Dr u cannot go by the answer given by this site
