This so-called "question" invents several false premises, apparently to demean and slander Jehovah's Witnesses. Here are some interesting facts...
Blacks
Even during less enlightened times in the 1800's and early 1900's, Jehovah's Witnesses NEVER pretended that blacks were cursed by God. What Jehovah's Witnesses did do was expose the fact that Christendom taught this for centuries! Among Jehovah's Witnesses, there was never any hesitancy about accepting blacks in their brotherhood or even appointing them to positions of responsibility as missionaries, congregation elders, circuit overseers, district overseers, branch committees... even their Governing Body! While the matter is completely irrelevant to true worship, there are actually several blacks who are corporate officers of Jehovah's Witnesses' legal entities (exposing a central lie in this question).
Women
Witness women are certainly not thought of or called 'second class'! Both the bible and Jehovah's Witnesses actually teach that many women will be among the limited number who govern alongside Christ Jesus as kings and priests over humankind. Jehovah's Witness doctrine and policies are not subject to democratic votes by women OR men; local bodies of elders are appointed in each congregation according to the Scriptures (eg. Titus 1:5-9).
Intellectual Honesty
Jehovah's Witnesses have consistently refused to claim that their biblical research and sincere suppositions ever amount to "prophecy". The Witnesses use many bible translations and do not depend on some special bible to support their beliefs.
Jesus
Regarding beliefs about Jesus, this questioner seems to imagine more differences than may actually exist between himself and Jehovah's Witnesses. A Witness reading the above might simply note a few differences between the unsupported ideas of the question and the bible... (caps added to some citations below)
1. (Semantically speaking) Jesus is an "ARCHangel"; of course God's only begotten son Jesus was and is higher than mere angels (interrupted only by his three decades as a human).
(1 Thessalonians 4:16) [Jesus] the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice
(John 17:1-5) Jesus spoke these things, and, raising his eyes to heaven, he said: “Father, the hour has come; glorify your son... Father, glorify me alongside yourself with the glory that I had alongside you before the world was.
2. The bible plainly speaks of Jesus' human half-brothers and human spiritual brothers (that seems an odd non-sequitor for an anti-Witness to argue).
(Matthew 13:54-56) They were astounded and said: "Where did this man [Jesus] get this wisdom and these powerful works? Is this not the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary, and his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Where, then, did this man get all these things?"
(Matthew 12:49-50) And extending his hand toward his disciples, [Jesus] said: “Look! My mother and my brothers! For whoever does the will of my Father who is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.”
3. The term "gospel" literally means "good news"; the "good news" is primarily about God's Kingdom government by Christ Jesus (rather than being about one single benefit of that Kingdom)
(Matthew 24:14) And this good news OF THE KINGDOM will be preached [caps added]
Additional reference for "good news of the kingdom":
(Matthew 4:23; Matthew 9:35; Mark 1:14-15; Luke 4:43; Luke 8:1; Luke 16:16; Acts 8:12)
4. A Christian does not choose for himself, but rather is chosen by God to be "born again" to heavenly life. Of course, the Scriptures also offer the hope of eternal life on earth.
(1 Peter 1:23) For you have been GIVEN a new birth
(2 Corinthians 5:17) Consequently if anyone is in [heavenly] union with Christ, he is a new CREATION
(1 Peter 1:3) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, for according to his great mercy HE GAVE us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead
It is truly sad when those who question Jehovah's Witness teachings begin to embrace lying as a propaganda tactic. With whom might such critics be aligned?
(John 8:44) You are from your father the Devil... because he is a liar and the father of the lie.

OK. I say something which is not true about you and I put that lie on the Internet. Then I tell others to read it. They will believe that lie about you. How would you feel? My point is that on the Internet are many things invented about us, the JW. What you're saying about us of being racists is a BIG lie. As a JW I should've known that, don't you think? We also have a CD called 'Watchtower Library' in which we can find all the WT magazines since 1950. It doesn't say anything about black people being cursed.
The apostle Paul describes the family headship arrangement: “The head of every man is the Christ; in turn the head of a woman is the man; in turn the head of the Christ is God.” (1 Corinthians 11:3) Every individual except God submits to a higher authority. Does the fact that Jesus has a head mean that he is being discriminated against? Of course not! The fact that men Scripturally have been assigned to take the lead in the congregation and the family does not mean that women are being discriminated against. To prosper, both the family and the congregation need women and men to play their respective roles with love and respect.—Ephesians 5:21-25, 28, 29, 33.
The JW women have the right to speak also.
Once a week we have the Ministry School. During the school, there may be opportunities for audience participation (men and women). Of course, all students will have opportunities to give talks or demonstrations before the congregation.
Did you know that all religions (so cold Christian and not Christian) except us believe in immortality, trinities?
The "Christians" took many things from pagans like holidays and beliefs. We are the only ones who really try to stay clean. That's why most of the people hate us (you're one of them). Jesus said that his true disciples will be hated by the world because they don't belong to it.
"If YOU were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because YOU are no part of the world, but I have chosen YOU out of the world, on this account the world hates YOU." - John 15:19

Why do you kind but misinform people always get the Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses mixed up? Do your research thoroughly before you ask such a question. In the US, I personally know one African-American sister (besides our governing body Samuel Herd) is in her 70s is part of the 144,000 (little flock) that will be co-rulers with Jesus during the thousand years reign. I'm sure there's a whole lot more JW bothers and sisters in Africa that are part of the 144,000 (that were bought from the earth to rule with Jesus).

Firstly, I have reported you for you have not put forth a real question i.e. an inquiry FREE from insults. You make many False acusations. Ridiculing a person's beliefs with lies never helps people learn new things. I am a Witness because from doing extensive studies I have found our beliefs go along with the Bible.

When I was young, the Overseer of one of the Sacramento, CA Congregations was a white man married to a black woman. That was 1963. In South Africa, the congregations were mixed, long before the fall of the power to be in government.
You must really fear them to make something up like this.
By the way, there are no elected positions in the society, that is other churches. All races have the chance to serve for a time as a servant on the governing board, as well as district and circuit servant. In fact, it is necessary, as they rotate into and out of the positions. They are not life time or paid positions.

If you can get your hands on the Yearbook of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2007 - there are pictures of each of the members of the governing body within the first five pages. Samuel Herd looks pretty black to me.
So have about 5 of the Circuit Overseers I've had in my life.

1. Can you provide documentation that the WT ever taught that the black people were cursed?
2. It is NOT True that there are no black persons in our Governing Body. These, BTW, are not elected.
I was accused of lying. Tell it to Samuel Herd of the Governing Body.
Jesus was absolutely correct when he said that people would "lyingly say every sort of wicked thing against you." - Matthew 5:11.

This is the answer you're going to get from most JW's.
"You're just trying to shipwreck our faith."
Or "Your quotes are fake"
They will not answer your questions directly and provide a critical response to your question because they're either
A: Too intellectually lazy to do it themselves.
B: Too uneducated about their faith's past or uneducated on how to debate in general.
Or C: Pre-programmed to believe that anybody that questions their faith is evil.
Yes, there's little evidence to say that your quotes were forged, however, no JW, no matter how damning and real your quotes are, they simply won't believe them. They don't want to believe them and that's why you'll get a series of ad hominems in response to your question.
I gave up trying to debate with JW's just because of that simple reason. They feel comfortable being intellectually numb. If they were comfortable being critical about their faith, they wouldn't be JW's anymore.
The two aren't compatible.
And yes, CT Russell was racist, so was Rutherford, but only to our modern day standards. To the standards of their day, they were very accepting of blacks.
If they really were "god's messengers" they would teach that everybody's god's children and they wouldn't be full of that racist crap.

you are reported for telling lies about us. Jehovah Witnesses never said that black people are cursed. we are all equal in Jehovah's eyes and in our eyes. we as woman do have a say in matters. we are treated equal. you know nothing about us and rather tell lies about us instead of finding out the truth. we have many black brothers in bethel also. we are all family, we are a worldwide brotherhood and sisterhood of people of all races and colors.

What evidence do you have that the WT taught that blacks were cursed? All you are doing is providing fodder for other misinformed people to feast on. Those who really know us know that your charges against Jehovah's Witnesses are baseless.
