First, the jewelry you are wearing that is supposedly 14Kt probably was sold as such, but really isn't.
Usually, cheaper jewelry is mixed with nickel, which many people have allergies to.
One obvious way to avoid this is by buying more expensive genuine 14Kt gold or silver that isn't mixed with any nickel, but if you have an allergy to either gold or silver(and some people may), this will not solve your problem(it also may not be your best bet, as this can be very costly).
The best suggestion I can offer is to try coating your jewelry with clear nail polish(this works for me, and I'm allergic to nickel). Sometimes several coats are needed, and be sure to let it dry thoroughly before wearing the jewelry.
Finally, if your allergic reaction to the jewelry isn't resolving itself, please see your doctor or dermatologist for advice(sometimes the rash may need to be treated with a topical cream or ointment, and this can relieve the itching).

wear them on the oputside of your clothing or buy a can of clear silicone spray and spray the chain to cover it with silicone so the medal not longer touches your skin while it is drying you must move the chain so it dosent get stuck between the links.
this is how my brother who also has a nickel alergey.

Buy a higher karat gold. 10 & 14k gold contain more nickel, (to make it harder). 18 & 22, 24 k contain less, but it will be a softer gold - warp and break easily
