Isn't religion the worst offender when it comes to stereotyping not only others but even themselves?... they themselves are really saying I am a Muslim type of person or I am a Christian type of person aren't they?
So why do religious people complain that others stereotype them all the time?

By that standard we all stereotype ourselves all the time. I'm a college student. I'm a nerd. I'm Pagan. I'm American.

Those things are all objective, what isn't objective is the response they draw from the person reading them. Am I stereotyping myself? Nope, I'm telling the truth. What the reader draws from my description is a stereotype. The things beyond the words, betweeen the lines, are stereotypes. And it's all in the mind of the reader.

I am a Christian. It is not a stereotype - it is what I am. It is essential to who I am. However, I would not mind being stereotyped as a Christian, as long as the person knows what a true Christian is. A Christian is a follower of Christ Jesus, and will, hopefully, exhibit kindness, joy, faithfulness, love. To be stereotyped thusly would be a blessing.

that makes no sense....

I don't stereotype. An obvious judgement is not a stereotype. like if someone said that there's a verse in the Bible that states "cleanliness is next to godliness", then it's not stereotypical of me to think that they don't really read or care what the Bible says. Is it?

and technically, you are stereotyping by thinking that the majority of us think that way.

Love? lots of those platforms communicate approximately love. Hasn't introduced them collectively although. looks that your diagnosis is erroneous, love has no longer introduced them collectively. i think of your assessment that we prefer love truly than open debate is likewise incorrect. each theory equipment would desire to be challenged via another theory equipment. even though it would be severe high quality if all people would desire to be nicer to a minimum of one yet another whilst doing so, yet a number of them have recommendations that cause them to collectively unique, those would desire to be challenged besides.

I am a Christian and so are you.
So let us just praise the LORD.
If you are muslim praise Allah and love the Christians and you will be found grace from Allah.
