I would say that the best way to improve your English is to find a conversational partner. If they have something in common with you, you will beable to become comfortable and be able to speak more freely and easily.
You could find a partner from www.internationalfriendships.org or a community like craigslist.org. Lots of people like trading languages, like so you may be able to find a partner would like to converse with you in your native tongue in exchange for English.

ask you boss to pay you classes... also you may ask the company to reimburse the rent of American movies... after all that's the company interest that all empoyess speak english.
