Is there any software to remove copyright from songs i have downloaded on my nokia n73.?

Nope, I don't.
BTW, it's illegal as well.
A software like that (if there is one) would remove the protection, that keeps people from copying/sending/etc. ... it does not remove the copyright ... that remains... which means it continues to be illegal, cuz it's copyrighted material.
