It's some sort of a blood type rash as it doesn't go away when I press it it looks like loads of small red dots all around both my eyes it has appeared since this morning.
What could cause this apart from meningitis?

Allergic reaction to your make-up maybe or something else you are using or eating. Stop using your product and see what happens, if it goes away you know exactly what it could be

Relax- get it checked out at a Pharmacy but it sounds like X-ma, which I suffer from too (never sure of the spelling!)

sounds like broken blood vessels have you sneezed hard or had bad cold i get this when i throw up hard for some reason
