Um... first of all it is definitely OK to love family members but definitely NOT OK to date, marry, or have a sexual relationship with it's just wrong

Loving in a family manner is totally different than loving and having sexual relations with a married partner. I suggest that since it's illegal to marry your cousin (if you're in the USA), rather than causing yourself (and her) a lot of grief, loss of job possibly and people looking down on you for doing a taboo, that you educate yourself, find yourself a career and find yourself a partner for your future.
I understand that in some countries people still do marry their relatives and it's ok there (not against the law) but marriage is for the purpose of having children, and the reason there is a law against cousins marrying each other is that because of genes the child may have all sorts of health problems and not all deformaties can be fixed. And it's not good to start your life out with those kinds of heavy emotional problems (which will pull you and your cousin apart) and heavy monetary problems that would last you your entire life.

What does it matter that she is bigger then you. If it is a health problem, then take her to the gym. If it is a self esteem problem, sit her down and tell her how beautiful she is and that you will help her achieve her goal to lose weight, but either or tell her you love her just the way she is and nothing can change that. Tell her that God wants her to love herself just as much, but even more.

why shall you do!!!
first; ask your self....do i know what is love?? maybe u just like her too much. Or maybe you have ever been with a relation with a female, thats why u r impressed.
..Then you have to make sure she is not in a relation with another guy.
Now, if u clear the both 2 points, talk to her as a metured person.
Tell her about ur feelings but dont use the word LOVE. experience her re-action.
