I run for 25 minutes every day, then do sit ups and push ups for about five minutes. I'm still moving around other days too. I weigh 155 lbs, I am 5'10, male, and 15 years old.

I have done some research and heard everything from 2200 calories a day to 2800 calories a day. I'd prefer the latter... lol. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Weight is maintained when you have a balance of calories in verses calories used.

If you want the 2800 calories just make sure you exercise lots! :)

I do not understand your aim . If you want to lose weight 2800 calories is too much but 2200 calories and exercise ok . If you want to build muscle you should eat more.
