It is very easy.there were totally three persons.One is man who has son and his son has a son.
It means there is a grand father and his son ,they are two fathers. Take the grand father aside there are two sons of grand father means one his son and other his sons son.Hence there are two fathers and two sons ,totally three person. Thats`why they are given three drinks.
