i feel so sad, very weak, i feel i have no life, i want to ba happy but i feel so weak, I'm so confused, i can't think well
i'm being bored of this thing in my mind, I'm also having negative thoughts, Panic Attack, even PsychoPhobia... I can't help me self... im feeling so hopeless... i cant concentrate with my everyday task... help!!!

there is another thing that bothering me. I get depress and guilty everytime i lose my focus. and because of that i lose my confidence.--->i became more depress and giulty. is it normal? i hate what i feel but i cant stop it plz help.

I have been bipolarsince I was 17 and I'm 26. You should go on VACATION. That is what the doctor should prescribe. You should ALWAYS TAKE YOUR MEDS CORRECTLY> Sometimes that makes you tired for awhile. If you don't have any psychyitrist already, any regular doctor can put you on anti-depressents. If you have been using drugs, practice therapy as if you were in rehab of not using by reversing your negative thoughts to positive and meditation and going to a happy place like happy gilmore.If you can't get the lunitic voice out of your head- MAKE YOUR THOUGHTS CEASE-DON"T ANSWER ANY ECHOE OF CRAZINESS IN YOUR HEAD. It will be back normaly soon enough. You will be normal oon enough. Tell someone you won't kill yourself if you have depression because it's almost uncontrolable. Stay low and out of trouble. Find you a comforting pill and take a break on the cigs for atleast 30 min. You'll start feeling better, your just under too much stress and it will all go away. It happens to the best of us. I know you cool, because you suffer psycoticaly and overcome to be productive and a more appealing character for special things than a good percentage of people. You might turn the radio off and walk because exersize is 199% the best you can do. Day or night is a good time. Or maybe animated cartoons or classical music for a break. Eat something whether you had a loss of appetite or not. I send my luv.

You need to change your routine, you have to bring something new in your life that will keep you more alert, more active and will increase your self esteem. So try to do a sport, to go out more that you do now, meet new people, get busy and like that you will not have time to think negative.
All that I suggested you to do will keep your mind and body sharp and will make you think positive!

Just carm down i now what ur going thourgh i think u need a nice break do something differnt go on a hoilday maybe which can make u relax dont think 2much about stuff im sure it will help

first- make a mental health eval. appointment. then go get some friends and go do something. your life is what you make of it. no one can change it but you. you have to change your outlook on life and make positive changes. if you want to be happy and have a good life ...you will! i would love to talk one on one with you because ive been where you are before.
