Emotional pain is the most difficult to heal from as it's the most difficult to release from our body...we seem to absorb it like a sponge. Physical pain we give our bodies permission to heal from.

Physical pain comes and goes but Emotional pain doesn't go away that fast. When someone hurts you emotionally, then you are scared forever, but if someome hurts you physically then you are only scared for a little bit.

They can both be detrimental to you if you don't control them.
Emotional pain is a lot harder to recover from. Physical pain has a way of healing itself with the proper methods needed to treat it.
Emotional pain can linger on for years and years and affect the very way you see yourself, live your life and accept things in your life.
Emotional pain should not be ignored.

There are remedies for the physical pain. The emotional pain may get buried deep inside but it's there forever.

Emotional pain.
I can treat physical pain within a few seconds also, but if one is hurt emotionally it takes lot of time to settle and many times it overflows, you can't treat it.
