I have feet that are numb but very painful, caused by medication leaving me with nerve damage. The symptoms are similar. Chilblains are another cause, as is a circulatory problem. I would suggest a visit to your GP.

this is called chillblains. it can happen when you are really cold and you warm yourself up extremely quickkly like by using a radiator. you should just run the affected area under warm water until it feels good.
