Definately dealing is better than thinking about it and doing nothing to rectify the problem. Sooner you deal with it the sooner the worry stops. And though it may be difficult to get it done, you will feel so much bettewr once the problem is resolved. One word of caution though, be mindful of other peoples feelings if it's a personal matter and ttr to approach it in a sensative way. If it's a marrital or other such problem, choose your words carefully so as not to enflame the situation. Don't be confrontational and make sure your partner is perfectly aware that you are not talking to start conflict between you. One more thing is, just deal with the original problem and don't get pulled into a situation where other things are being dealt with at the same time.

Mark Twain once said something like..."I've been through many horrible things in my life, a few of which actually happened."

Action is always preferable to worry. Worry is by nature non-productive.

"Definitely", Worry only makes things worse, and may even be detrimental to your health. Deal with the situation, and u may find a solution, and the issue may no longer remain an issue.

Yes, tackle the problem... sitting around worrying and hopping it will get better is a waste of time.
Hope this helps.

why worry (lose weight, your health, your job), instead, and when a situation occurs, nip it in the bud, discuss it immediately (or set a time to discuss it with the other person) and then move on with your life.
