Stop exercising.

Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast.

I only get headaches when I haven't had enough water. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. (Your body weight divided by 2 and then drink that amount in OUNCES of water ever day. You might need more if you sweat a lot.)

You need to drink more water throughout the day on excercise days. Not just before and after excercising. I would also recommend a sports drink such as Propel or Gatorade.

Do you eat breakfast? This could be part of the problem, or it could very well be dehydration.
