Okay I have to be in a wedding and I want to lose weight I want to lose my stomach I weigh 157 lbs I'm really tall so no one thinks that I'm fat they say since im tall it blend in wit my height but i have till october to lose the weight I want to go back to about 135 how can I lose weight before we the wedding

Since you have until October, there is no need to do anything too drastic. Just focus on a well-balanced, calorie restricted diet, and the weight should come off.

Meanwhile, you need to exercise. Get about 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. You should also be doing some basic strength training, especially in the arms if you are wearing a strapless dress.

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Losing 22lbs by October should be no problem. That's less than 1lb per week.

Quit being a lazy *****! Get off your *** and get moving. Stop eating fast food and drinking sodas, and lay off the sugar. Keep track of what you eat and weigh yourself regularly and you will see which foods help you lose and which don't. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Many people think if you don't eat you will lose, true but that creates another problem. Don't get discouraged if you happen to gain some now and then, sometimes you have to change the diet. Do not feel you need to be STRICT about it. Good luck
