okay, my girl goes down all the time, but she has only swallowed once, and honestly that time i enjoyed it the most, is there a way to make it taste sweeter so she'll swallow more?

How about just asking her and explaining why it means a lot to you? It's never gonna taste like candy. But if she knows how much you would appreciate it, it probably won't matter.

No and trust me, its definitely not the most pleasent tasting stuff either so I don't blame your girlfriend for doing it once and never going back.
Just be greatful you get it at all. Even if she doesn't swallow, its better than nothing.

First shave of all your un wanted hairs.
Wear sexy under garments.
You lick her first and tell her how much you nejoy when she goes between your leg.
Try putting some fruit juice/jams to improve the taste.
