have a coworker that said she didn't want to party with a guy because he grabbed her butt and she said she was grossed out because he is about 15 years older than her, but she said that I can touch her butt. Is this normal? I mean could she want more than just a friendship or do you chicks let your male friends touch you butts just because u are comfortable with them

She's simply implying that she's attracted to you. Either that or she'd really just rather have YOU touch her but rather than a man 15 years her senior.
