herbalife is the easiest i have used and had the most success with, all the hard work is done for you-no counting calories or points etc. if you want to improve your health generally, lose weight and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. The easiet diet is no diet. Diets do not work since 98% of the people gain the weight back. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Hi I agree with Jane L, I use herbalife and it is the best. I lost all my weight with them and now use them to stay healthy and maintain my current weight. You get excellent coaching all the way through, even after you lose weight!! Its the best.

WEIGHT WATCHERS, all u do is stay within the points system and u are guaranteed to lose 2 lbs a week.
