Your scripture refs have nothing to do about wether the church is in heaven or not at this time. But the Church is shown to be in heaven during the entire tribulation period. They are represented by the "24 Elders" from chapter 5. We believe that they have to be the "completed church" because once you eliminate everybody that they CANT be, all you are left with is the Church. Its also interesting that thru the first 3 chapters of the Book of Revelation the Church is mentioned over and over again, but, when the tribulation portion of the book begins with chapter 4, and the judgement of those "who dwell on the Earth" (a phrase that ALWAYS refers to unbelievers) the Church is not seen again. Obviously, they are no longer on the Earth......theBerean

Rev-12)-Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
This is us.
Rev.17)-Rev 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
This is our future. You can see its shadow cast here daily.
You should read the whole thing before you misuse a part. There is no rapture.

Last time I checked, I was not an angel. i am a Christian, and one of the called (John 15:15), chosen (John 15:16) of Christ. This is included in your verse Revelation 17:14.

You make a good point in pointing out that the two errors contradict each other. However neither is true. The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.
