they received my order on the 5th of feb and it says to wait upto 28 days, but how long usually?

There's no usual about it - depends if it's in stock, in the country, who you are buying from, etc etc etc.

Companies have to say up to 28 days as it's a legal requirement.
Reality is variable depending on stock, volume of sales, if they are waiting for it to arrive from China etc.

Its usually a few days but the catalogue will tell you up to a certain amount of time just to cover their back.

Two days; if your item is in stock, and you order before 10am.
Your item was out of stock, that's why it might take so long.
