Is Olay Total Effects 7x moisturizer safe for oily acne prone 17 yr old asian skin?

At my early age, my skin is noticably duller and older than my friends'. My skin is oily and acne prone with huge pores, uneven skin tone, and already has little wrinkles coming out. Is it safe for me to use this moisturizer?
