I've been in a relationship before and it was terrible. Whats the best way to find someone special and maintain that relationship. Also how to make someone feel special without letting them know that you are desperate for them?

well, how can there will be a way to find some one special..
if at all there is a way..then will that person be really SPECIAL to you..???
when you find someone special..just love him from the bottom of the heart..thrn nothing more has to be done to make him feel special...agree??

Understand your girlfriend. Communicate with her often to know what she is thinking (and let her know what you're thinking too). Make each other happy. That's the way to maintain a relationship.
Take it easy, then you won't show you're desperate.
