Many of us will be dead. Do you believe that this world has to get so much worse like more and more earthquakes adveriging 6 or more on the scale, tusamies, famine all over the world, a huge was Involving Israel and Russia and Russia's Allias the Arabs, and all over the world before the antichrist comes out, or do you believe it is under your nose right around the corner? I am confussed. Some people say this world will be in so much caos it is not funny before the tribulation period.Does this mean Jesus will not come back to rapture to Church for years and years like 20 years plus. I will probally be dead and in Heaven already then anyway. And have you read Choo Thomas's book "Heaven is so real". I really do not know what to make of the book. Only God knows if it was true. Don't you wish the end would come sooner rather than later? Anyway what is your opinion in the rapture-tribulation, do you think we are a long way of them or do you think it will be soon like around the corner?

My friend if you were a litle more familiar with the word of god it would become obvious to you . it says that within one generation from when god brings his people back to isreal , he shall return .. Now isreal became a nation in 1947 . so its just a matter of mathematics , one generation is 70 years so 70 +1947 would be no latter than 2017 , and Jesus will return after that gods word is a lie and thats not gonna happen.. So working back from that to now we have 7 years of tribulation to go through , now the first 3 1/2 years will be the judgement of the church and the 2nd 3 1/2 years will be the judgement of the gentiles (those who don't believe in Jesus ) that makes 7 years of tribulation which has to start no latter than 2010 , not saying it can't start sooner . Yes the escalating weather and earthquakes will increase , for it says men will be perplexed at the rolling and tossing of the waves , which implies global warming , that we now see and the effect on the weather that this walks hand in hand with , our winter temps will be lower and the summer temps will be hotter , our storms will become more intence . Yes you will see the antichrist walk upon the earth as many of us will , you will see the mark of the beast implimented upon man , but watch for god will mark his people first , the first fruits are his so satan isen't going to chose whoever he wants , my god doesen't take 2nd place to no-one. Now the antichrists rein upon the earth will be 3 1/2 years , same as the ministry of Jesus. This will start after the 3 1/2 year judgement of the church and before the 3 1/2 year judgement of the gentiles in other words in the middle is where he will demand the mark of the beast be implied so noone without the mark could buy or sell anything , these will be very very hard times for anyone who refuses to take the mark , I mean you won't even be able to buy milk for your babys this will not be a good time . Do I think it will be far off , absolutly not , don't you realise how fragile our society is , electricity, gone .. satalite gone (phone and all comunications).global warming don't think for a moment that they would tell as to how close this disaster is to us , they don't want to cause a panic in our society and everyone stop spending money , our economic system is also fragile, we are all hanging by a bunch of small threads and when one goes the stran on the rest will be great and they won't hold long . As to the rapture , I challenged a pastor in texas once and told him for every wittness in the bible you can show me confirming a rapture , I will give you 30 that go against it , well he gave me three that were quite vaige so I give him the benifit of the doubt and started looking through the prophetic books starting in psalms and going through to malachi , 16 prophetic books and everything on the end times , well I give him direct wording against the rapture and it worked out to 28 pages and over 400 quotes that say there will be no rapture , and if there was why would the church have to go through a 3 1/2 yr. judgement period if they wern't here .. But yes things will start soon , very soon . Prepare my friend you will see the move of god upon the earth in your lifetime

In the 1900s there were more recorded high intensity earthquakes than every before, and wars and rumors of wars increased as well, including World Wars I & II.

We have not had a decade since 1900 without a war that involved many nations.

Since Israel was recognized by the U.N. there have been many Muslim states like Iraq that have been freed from their colonial affiliations with Europe.

Those same nations are going to be involved in the battle of Armageddon.

It is definitely soon.

I am 69 and expect to rapture in my lifetime.

I think the chaos will happen right after the rapture.

I also believe there will be seven years of God's wrath after the rapture of the church.

Then all the atheists, agnostic and false religions will have this world to themselves. I hope they will enjoy it.

As to the book of Revelation, the church raptures in the sixth seal.
Compare it to Matthew 24:29-31, and don't get confused if your version says immediately after the tribulation of those days.

The word translated tribulation is thlipsis and it means;

2347 yliqiv thlipsis thlip’-sis

from 2346; TDNT-3:139,334; n f

AV-tribulation 21, affliction 17, trouble 3, anguish 1, persecution 1, burdened 1, to be afflicted + 1519 1; 45

1) a pressing, pressing together, pressure
2) metaph. oppression, affliction, tribulation, distress, straits

So it is not talking about the Great Tribulation or the time of Jacob's trouble.

The NIV says immediately after the distress of those days, and I believe that to be more correct.

More Christians have been martyred since 1900 AD than in all the 19 centuries that preceded it.

If you are interested go to http://www.kingdom-principles.org and click on Revelation, and read the Introduction to Revelation. It is a blow by blow account of what will happen during the Great Tribulation.

Honestly? I don't know. I don't think we're that close yet. I just don't sense it. We're closer than we were two thousand years ago, but I don't think we're right up on it yet.
What does it matter if we're dead before it happens? Maybe in some ways that would be better. I would like to see it, but being in heaven when it happens would be absolutely awesome.

I don't look forward to it, nor do I dread it. It's just something that's going to happen eventually, and no one knows when.
I don't wish it would happen sooner. There are too many that haven't been saved.
If everything in the Bible is true, and there is a God, and the world will end as Revelations says it will, I don't want to see millions of people suffer for not believing. That's a horrible thought.

1st. The rapture is not going to happened like you have been taught. They teach that we will be gone and not see the Antichrist, but we will. So they don't study thinking they will escape this and they are being set up for the Antichrist. He will arrive and say he is the Christ and he is rapturing them away, but he is the devil himself, The bible says that the whole world will be deceived. The bible says that the changing in the twinkling of an eye is at the 7th trump when Jesus returns. That's how it written and that's how its going down. WE will all have the test of taking the mark.
2ND. It could be here with the next election. And it might take 20 or thirty years to set up. But I believe that the current world rulers are going to try and usher in their god, satan or the Antichrist.
And as far as all the trouble in the middle east, it is setting them up and getting that part of the world wired with TV and Internet and sat alight so he can broadcast to the whole earth! Watchmen watch! Go read your bible, from john to the end, but thesolnians 1 and2 tell it all. You wil see the lawless one revealed.

Only God knows when the Rapture will come
Some Christians think its soon some think its this year cause its 2007 something in the bible works in 7s. not sure what they are talking about on this one. I think it will come when God feels it is the right time not when we feel is the right time. Just be yourself and enjoy each day you have left in this world and try to help others who need a hand.

There is no "rapture"! that is a lie begun by the Macdonald's about 150 years ago, and accepted into Churchianity because it is pleasing to the carnal heart! What is coming soon is the "close of probation"- when YHVH says, he who is evil let him be evil still! and after that no one can repent.

I it should not matter to anyone when Jesus is coming again. In the Bible it says that we should all be ready for when He comes, cos we don't know when it will be. It could be tonight, or tomorrow, or in 1000 year's time. We just don't know, so all we can do is be ready, just in case.

You should live every day, like Jesus is coming on that day.
