that is non of ur concern i mea u r working and should concetrate on it or else u want to get fired by using the jobs phone to chat with her all day ,tell her to do anything besides cheating,,or get her a job,,ur concern is not an issue but a tissue

tell her if you're going to plan for a future then she must work and save her money, so suggest that she get work or additional work. If she's not well educated then have her attend school.

MAybe she should get a job or a hobbie, something that is time consuming for the hours your not there like painting.

I think you should make sure she has things that keep her busy like magazine etc...And also you need to call her often to find out what she's doing and how she's doing, making her feel good and special.
