All people have to obey or harness the laws of nature. Those places are doing the correct thing. Just because someone has faith does not mean he does not eat and expect God to supernaturally feed him. He has given all a mind to live naturally also and take precautions in the natural order of things. .

Nope. I'd say that's common sense. In places where severe thunderstorms occur frequently, it makes sense to have lightning conductors.
We're not supposed to challenge God. It's like that story about the man who drowned because he kept expecting God to come down from heaven Himself and rescue him. Sometimes we have to take what we're given.
