try overactive thyroid and say going for radioactive iodine treatment. Then you can go to work for 4 to 6 weeks as could be dangerous to any pregnant people you come in contact with. You dont need to feel unwell though!!

i've just had labrythitis which is a middle ear virus that makes you very unbalanced, feeling like your very very drunk. the room spins even when you lie down.
it can last 3-6 weeks if you wanted to try that. if you do try researching the symptoms first.
