Valentines day is for teens.. It is celebrated by lovers.girls who feel shy to tell 'I love you' to their men can tell on valentines day. When a boy or girl put white colur dress it means that they are good and they don't love anyone. If they put green colur dress, it means they are in waiting list. In blue, it is one side love and if it is red, then they are loving for days..

There are many views about this. But the mostly believed view is:
In Europe, most probably in Rome there was one Priest (Father), named Valentine and he was arrested due to some reason and put him behind in jail. In the jail some prisoners had love affairs where this was never permitted. But due to efforts of love and affection of Fr. Valentine to these prisoners, he decided to get marry these prisoners, and one day he arranged the marriage function and ultimately got married these prisoners in the jail premises itself. After this incident, the Jail Authorities caught Fr. Valentine and gave the verdict to hang him until death and subsequently he hanged till death.

Its a day a man and a woman should feel closer to each other and express their feelings of intimacy for each other, and the desire to love each other with all their hearts, and to committ themselves to only one person, thats how i feel about this day maybe someone else will disagree. they've given a day for valentines, this means to appreciate, to show respect on what we so called love. love not only meant for two people wiht a relationship. its for all whose giving out love.... love for the family, friends, everybody around you.
