All I ate today was some steamed chicken breast with vegetables and a bowl of cereal for breakfast, Tyson chicken nuggets for dinner. I was on the treadmill for about 30 minutes and burned 250 calories according to the treadmill. Now I know that I took in way more calories than 250. Even if I was on for an hour, that would only be 500. I am pooped.
So I'm guessing that I took in about 1000 to 1500 calories and only burned 250.
