All I ate today was some steamed chicken breast with vegetables and a bowl of cereal for breakfast, Tyson chicken nuggets for dinner. I was on the treadmill for about 30 minutes and burned 250 calories according to the treadmill. Now I know that I took in way more calories than 250. Even if I was on for an hour, that would only be 500. I am pooped.

So I'm guessing that I took in about 1000 to 1500 calories and only burned 250.

You not accounting for the fact that your body burns calories just in daily life. It takes so many calories just maintain a certain body weight
