Is Bill Elliot planning a comeback in the near future

I would like to see the AWESOME ONE come back but don't think he will.I think he shouldn't have retired the first time he had a good car, owner and crew chief. He was on a roll at the end of that year. He dominated Homestead until the tire went bye bye. I will always be an Elliott fan no matter what he does.

Bill Elliot ran in the duals but did not have a qualifying speed for the Daytona 500.

I don't think it's a come back, but rather still driving on a limited schedule. Bill Elliott is highly respected but I think it's time for him to retire for good. He's not competitive anymore, neither is Sterling Marlin, Kyle Petty, Joe Nemechek, and a few others.
