Does anyone know if prozac can increase hot flashes?

Yes it is possible that it can increase anxiety and flushing - especially early in treatment. If you have recently (within approx 6 weeks) sarted taking them i would persist as frequently these side effects ease with time. If long standing treatment then i would discuss alternatives with your doctor.
