How can i get a sketch like that?!(pic included)?

ok..i have tried everything from photoshop to gimp..but nothing is helping..i dont know where do people get sketches of their photo's like this:- http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/4589/...

search for convert photo to sketch in google...
i am sure you will get it coz i got it...but now i dont have the link...
