Most people fear death, but to think about it every day seems a little excessive. I recommend some kind of counselling.

Quite a few people are scared of dying but it should not be on your mind morning till night, day after day.

I think you should see your GP and get some sort of helpful therapy, you won't be able to enjoy your life very well if you are consumed by thoughts of death on a daily basis.

There's plenty of days for living before death arrives - and why worry about it anyway, it will only happen once in this life time, but daily living will ongoing until that day arrives, just enjoy the days of being alive you have.

Do hope you can enjoy life better soon without the daily worry of death.

Best Wishes

I do too.
I am a cancer sufferer and when I was first diagnosed two years ago, I was told that I had 6-12 months to live.
I was so scared, all I could think about was dying and death and THE END, and leaving my family.
But you know, I'm still here and I try and make the best of every day. I try to do something every day to take my mind off my dilemna. Hopefully you will have a peaceful end, like we all wish for and if its any help read "life After Death' by Neville Randall. It certainly helped me.
God Bless.

It is not good for us to be pre occupied with any lind of thoughts and when it becomes something you worry about constantly, its time to find some help.
Perhaps talking to your GP about things may help, or maybe speaking to a friend or family member first for support?
We really have very little control over when we will die, but there is so much life for you to live and you should try and get on a level playing field where you can put your time and thoughts into something rewarding and enjoyable.
I hope that you find a way to deal with your worries.

YOu didnt give an age..But its normal for some preoccupation in one lifetime with death.
I was going to die of cancer when i was 17...I was convinced that I had it. I am now almost 60.
I think that its the realization that we die that hits us at a certain time and we become preoccupied with it.
IF you are healthy then just get out there and live your life Wheather you have a month or a year or 50 years left is of no consquence/Its how you live what time you have thats the important thing.

that is okay that is okay! you do not have mind maximum cancers do not difficulty. in case you vomit regularly and get soreness in the forehead after listening to loud noises and frequently get flashes of light after walking right into a staggering position then you quite ought to make certain a medical professional. yet anybody receives complications each and each and every of the time. some complications even very last 2 weeks on someone. My mom continually had complications considering she grow to be 5 and she nonetheless has them and shes ok. Your no longer going to die and that i'm no longer basically declaring that to make you experience more beneficial advantageous, you fairly are unlikely to die. properly were all ultimately going to die till Jesus comes in the previous that occurs yet it is a few thing you need to not difficulty about. Your fingers are shaking because you're anxious. basically loosen up...in the adventure that your heart is thrashing quick then carry your breath for thus long as you are able to and enable in some air slowly then your stress will bypass down slightly. You suggested so your self you've melancholy...and ocd...(wow) and not in any respect some thing no longer even meds will keep it down in case you imagine you're going to die. imagine satisfied stuff and don't be disturbed about it. it is going to bypass away I promise. :)

Thinking of death is one thing, but being fearful and scared of death is another. I'm a Buddhist and part of our dicipline is to be mindful at all times; thinking of death is one way of being mindful as we can die at any second and anywhere. Perhaps your fear of dying maybe related to people around you-you worry about leaving them-you fear the unknown, you fear you may bring burden to those you left behind, or death of others have given you a glimpse of your own time to come, which brings back the issue of the unknown. Either way I advise you not to be fearful, death is a part of life, if the fear is restricting your daily life then please seek help, but if the thought of death is just a thought and you are freighten of it, don't be, there are many things in this world left for you to explore and discover. Go and do them, even if the thought of death is there. I think about it from time to time as well. Hope all is ok mate. Take care of yourself.

I've talked with a lot of people about this subject. there was once a time some years ago i use to think about death 24/7. one day the thought left my mind. i think its because i started living and enjoying life everything about it. the earth is a big play ground for us get out and play have some fun. realize you are not dead at this moment and death will happen but don't fear it embrace it. but at this very moment you are much alive.

peace and blessings

it is definately going to happen - two things are certain in this life, death and taxes! But not today, and not tomorrow either.... we all have to take what comes. But most of us live long interesting lives. Now think about being old and not dying - that would be worse. Try not to worry out of context and just enjoy your life

What you seem to be experiencing is recurring intrusive thoughts. Everyone fears something, death however is inevitable. No one is getting out of here alive. It is a natural part of being alive, you experience one part...then the other.

So bear in mind it will happen someday, thing is you may have another 70 years to live, now do you want to live them in fear, or do you want to live them to the fullest. Decide, happy or fearful, its your life, and we all die.
