1 kg fat = 8000 calories

So, you need to burn 80,000 calories. If you burn 3000/week, you will burn 12,000 by March 12, leaving 68,000 calories. You would have to reduce your daily caloric intake by over 2000 calories. You probably don't even take that many in. Thus, it is impossible to lose that much that fast with that work out plan.

Stick with your 500 cal/day exercise and try to build up to 1000/day by March 12. Cut out 500 calories from your diet, with a minimum of 1200 calories/day. Stick to lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains, as well as small amounts of unsaturated fats, such as olive oil. Try to eat 5 small meals per day.

If you do this, you can burn an extra 1000 cal/day, which would be 30000 cals after a month, which is about 3.5 kilos of fat. But remember, you might gain muscle and water weight. It is best to check your body fat percentage and use a tape measure around your waist, thighs and arms to gauge your progress.
You also might want to add a few sets of push-ups and crunches for a better overall workout.

Try the following:
keep up the excercise
Eat less- 3-4 SMALL meals per day- like a single slice of bread for breakfast, one cup of soup for lunch. If you can avoid it- no food after 18.00.
Eat something before the excercise- a slice of brown bread is OK.
Things to avoid- sugar in drinks. No cokes (not even diet) no sugar in tea/coffee, etc. if in doubt- stick to plain water
No sugar in foods- twixies, mars bars, whatever- definetly out. You may keep one handy (just in case you get hypoglycemia/ feel faint) but do not eat it unless absolutely necessary.

Avoid starchy foods- white bread, potatoes, bananas. Definetly avoid gluttony (eating for pleasure) but pay attention to eating if really hungry.

I started with no food at all for 7 days (just water) then the above. Not much excercise though. I lost 13 kilos in 8 weeks- that's the easy part! The problem is making it stay down!

You're exercising in the gym has no effect if you eat and eat when you com home. It would be useless to go to the gym if you're just going to return the calories that was lost during your exercise. You could still eat your favorite food but in minimum amounts. I Hope it helped, even a bit.

I think you can change your weight and your bmi only with changing your lifestyle.
Move your body, don't be a coach potato and the very most important what you can do is, think above your food. Ask yourself. Am I actually hungry? Is/make this food fat? Be sensible and do all appreciate. Don't pressure yourself to much. Take targets but not to heavy. I wish you good luck and success. ...I'm sorry for my miserable English.
Best regards Nepomuk

first is stop going to the gymnasium. Start doing yoga immediately. Follow a strict non fat diet. Yoga should include both the asanas and pranayam.

I will share what worked for me..
My First objective was to naturally reduce my appetite level without starving myself so I went on this other diet that I was on for 7 days whilst taking a cup of green tea every night to detoxify.

Day1.
eat ONLY fruits except bananas. If you choose to eat watermelon only then you will loose exactly two kilos on this day. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and take one cup of green tea at night before you sleep.

Day2
eat vegetables only except potatoes. You might wanna alot of green veggies as this is good for your health. You can even make a juice with some of the veggies so you get to add some flavour to this whole diet. Please make sure you stick to steamed or boiled or grilled veggies...and please don't overcook the food. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and take one cup of green tea at night before you sleep.

Day3
eat fruits and veggies only. On this day you can maybe have a boiled potato with veggies for lunch or dinner. Remember no bananas still. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and take one cup of green tea at night before you sleep.

Day4
eat only bananas with milk (preferably low fat or skimmed) on this day. The bananas will stabilise your sugar levels which is what you will need on this day. You can eat as many as 8 bananas and be generous with milk. By this day you should be feeling lighter. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and take one cup of green tea at night before you sleep.

Day5
Eat 300g of lean beef/lamp/mutton and tomatoes for this day. You can eat as many as 8-10 tomatoes, depending on what quantity is enough for you. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and take one cup of green tea at night before you sleep.

Day6
Eat like day 3.

Day 7
Eat like day 3

This is one effective method of naturally and safely reducing ones appetite and so you can then start with the calorie count and proper weight loss exercise. Whilst on the diet to stimulate even more weight loss you can try not so demanding exercises like walking (20-30 minutes a day should be fine) and some aerobics or tae-bo in the morning to work on that stored sugar. Do not starve yourself..if you feel you're not full take as much as you have to but take food suitable for a specific day. I can't take milk so I substituted milk with low to no fat yoghurt. You can try that as well....

I have also tried the cabbage soup diet but that didn't work for me..I was weak and meal times became so boring I quit the diet half way.

Hoping my method will work with you.
