Not sure if what you are talking about; are you concerned that you are the result of inbreeding and worried it is the culprit to you being "slow and nervous".
First off, there are a lot of people that are slow and nervous and most of the time it has nothing to do with genetics and much more due to life experiences, coping abilities and sometimes diminished capacity due to either illness or drug/alcohol abuse.
"Inbreeding" is mating with family members with the same genetic make up that result in recessive traits being emphasised due to lack of variety which can be mental slowness, retardation of any other number of physical and mental maladies.
Even with that said, a better way to put is is that all genetics are a roll of a dice but by same genetic make up individuals (related) it is like loading or weighting that dice so it the likeihood of a certain number (or trait) coming up more often than it otherwise would, not that they will.

There are alot of reasons for being "slow".... not just inbreeding. But the point is.... what does it matter? They're here, you're here, and you need to live. Finding this out doesn't matter in the long run. So I'd suggest accepting yourself as you are, and loving yourself for the person you've grown to be. What we can't change is irrelevent in life.

just because you may be a bit slow and nervous doent mean you are a inbreed....lol....thats way to funny...here is a way to find out...if your mom and dad have the same cousins, brothers, sisters,ect then yeah...but if you have a dads side of the family and a moms side of the family and those people are not related your good to go your not inbred...

I think you need to do some investigation other then you just thinking because someone is slow or nervous. My brother is slow and nervous and our parents are not related other then by marrage.

well now my grand mother and grand father were 2nd cousins and they married.but way back in the 1900 and in the hills of tennessee where there was no way of travel and there was only a few families that lived close together what was to be expected ,who was they suppose to marry they didnt get out they had no money they married to help support there other families in the hills .i dont think it is right but back then what was you going to do.
