Hypervelocity .22 LR ammo. They are much faster than standard .22 LR ammo.
Stingers have a muzzle velocity of 1640 fps using a 32 gr. HP bullet. In comparison, Mini-Mag .22 LR is 1260 fps using a 40 gr. HP bullet and the standard velocity .22 LR is 1070 fps using a 40 gr. round nose bullet.
CCI also makes Quik-Shok .22 LR ammo which is 1640 fps using a segmented 32 gr. HP bullet for varmit use.

They are a very fast high velosity bullet made in a 22 LR. But they are really not accurate, they are going way to fast for their own good, I say go for the CCI Velocitor. They are still a hypervelocity bullet in a 40grain, but they will hit your target every time. Don't waste your time and money oon the stingers...I know they look cool with there stainless casing but that all that is cool about them.

CCI stingers are a high velosity 22 lr round, which in my poinion work very well....

I use them in my ruger pistol and have been very satisfied...
I have never had a problem chambering them and my pistol which is an semi auto has never jammed useing this round.
I would recomend them to anyone useing a 22lr.

CCI Stingers are .22LR high-velocity shells tha are ever so slightly longer in the case than a standard .22LR. They do will not chamber correctly in all .22LR guns, so they are not as popular as regular .22LR or .22WMR. I have never bothered with them. You might as well go with .22WMR if .22LR High-Vel is not enough for you.
