The same place it leaves them now. They say the Qu'ran is pure but if you find a propblem they will tell you it is a bad translation...there are a million reasons to believe the Qu'ran is not pure and it definitely contradicts itself as it says the Bible is from Allah and Allah's word can not be changed but where it is not in agreement with the Qu'ran they say it is corrupt. Allah's word can not be changed? Then you get another sura that says Allah changes his word when he finds better words...Hmm..Okay then you say how can this be the god of Abraham he says his words do not change and are forever? then they say the bible is corrupt.....You can not win it is an endless cycle of confusion.

A good question but the fact is it can't be done. Don't you think there were or are people that want to disgrace it and bring changes to it...
Allah "God" has promised in the Quran : We have revealed this onto you and we shall safeguard it". and it has been done. The thing is Quran is not just on the paper its in the hearts and minds you cant change it there. (By you i don't mean you in person i mean no one).
besides you change a verse and i stands out. you can't hide even a change in the movement- sound of a word (by movement -Haraka- i mean how elphabets sound like the "ut" in "Put" and "but" change sound)
So he is right as one can be and no one can prove him wrong.
Get a copy of the Quran that was printed 1400 years ago and one that is printed now. (Luckly we muslims have original copies from that time). u'll see what i am talking about.
and my dear Cowgirl i think i advised you earlier to get some Medicene as you have lived arround cows for too long you seem to be affected by the MCD... you don't sound well.
