I think you are basically screwed. Prisms are not user adjustable as the alignment is very precise. If you have some megabucks binoculars from Swift or Leica or someone, you might check into getting them repaired. If you paid less that $200 for your binoculars, just buy a new pair as it would probably cost over $100 to even get them evaluated for repair.
