daily drink 4-5 litres of water... you will be very healthy, whelthy and wise

Water is important to the mechanics of the human body. The body cannot work without it, just as a car cannot run without gas and oil. In fact, all the cell and organ functions made up in our entire anatomy and physiology depend on water for their functioning.

* Water serves as a lubricant
* Water forms the base for saliva
* Water forms the fluids that surround the joints.
* Water regulates the body temperature, as the cooling and heating is distributed through perspiration.

Pregnant women should be sure to drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day, which is in addition to the normal intake of other recommended foods. The benefits of drinking water during pregnancy include healthier skin, less acne, washing away of unnecessary sodium, less chance for pre-term labor or miscarriage and better bowel movements. Drinking water can, believe it or not, also help prevent that nausea known as morning sickness, as doctors recommend drinking plenty of fluid between meals.

They say youre meant to drink 1.5 litres of water per day but its hard to do. Others say 8 glasses. I find if you keep a pint glass on your desk or a litre bottle in your bag and keep it filled up its a reminder to drink more when its in front of you! Warm water with fresh lemon juice first thing in the morning is great. The warm water means its not a shock to your stomach first thing in the morning. I find it hard to remember to drink water during the day but ive had this for the last few weeks and i notice a difference. This may sound disgusitng but you can tell by your pee if you are dehydrated, the darker it is the more dehydrated you are. Honestly the lemon & water really flushes you out & gets your system going!

I opine 5 - 6 litres per day. Most important is to have atleast 1 - 2 litres in the morning as soon as you leave the bed (empty stomach).

On average, your body losses 8 - 12 cups of water a day. This is increased by:

exercise
hot weather
low humidity
altitude
high fiber diet consumption of caffeine and alcohol containing beverages

In general men need to replace about 12 cups of fluid daily and women need to replace 8 -10 cups. Not all of this fluid is generally replaced by drinking water, although water is the major way of meeting your fluid needs. Fluid can be replaced by:
water
non-caffeine, non-alcoholic beverages
soups
water found naturally in foods (vegetables and fruits are high in water)

2-4 litres of water a day is good for the body, it hydrates you and helps to flush out the toxins!

Cheers

To get healthy? What do you mean?
I know it's healthy to drink 2 liters/day, but 1/4 of this quantity it has to be organic water, and by this i mean water from fruits
