Should people respect ---negative behavior---?

Negative behavior of a person like dishonesty, murder, thieveries, rape and others should not be given respect, they should be condenmed and be brought civil liab ility. these are the works of satan or evil

The only thing that comes to my mind on this subject is that it takes a negative and positive for the light to come on.
As for me people like you describe here have evil spirits either in them or oppress them and the only way for them to ever change is to have a broken and contrite spirit.This is what the bible says and I believe, and if they do they're heart can be changed from stony to flesh and they're soul saved.It is up to the righteous to have a( positive )Godly mindset to be able to be there for someone like you describe that does break.This is the only respect I would give to evil.
I wouldn't tolerate it in my home and certainly wouldn't want any evil around me,but if I were confronted with it I would pray to be able to represent my Lord,Jesus.

there is a basic level of respect that you need to maintain for all people, no matter how they behave. you need to do this for your own sake, not theirs.
