Hi, I agree with den invent, It's just another rip off, do something special a couple of days before or after the event, my husband does that we dont celebrate Valentines, he came home last night with a single red rose, that means more than him going over the top with it, & we aren't youngsters either lol

Be different give her nothing and explain that you are going to ignore the Card Manufacturers Bonanza day on the Public.
Its a rip off from Cards to Restaurants the whole day is a con.
Explain to her you would rather Wine and Dine her on Saturday and show her real Love and adoration in a true one on one atmosphere followed by some nice wine with you both cuddling and listening to some romantic music in a place you both love and who knows later......

If you have a girl in mind, knock on her door and ask her to dance with you. Use an ipod or CD player and turn up the volume. That's an easy thing to do. Good luck.

How about a love letter!! express u'r feelings in writting,dig down & convey u'r true feelings.by this u 'll be giving a gift that will mean more than any store bought card or bouquet of flowers.

My daughter has just suggested, candles in the bedroom, rose petals scattered on the bed, chocs and strawberries and champagne and massage oils. God help her future husband!
