nice to see somebody post a series of questions...
i think its going to be the USA because of that said numbskull in the white house...
scenario , i think its all over the news right now, the US poking its nose where it does not belong... sooner or later, somebody with military power as strong as the US or close to the US will not like it and will express its dissatisfaction accordingly...

China vs India think about it. They both have huge land armies and they border on each other. They would fight over resources such as water, which will be a problem in the future. It may not be a world war, but those two country have a population of half the world, so yeah it will be like a world war.
