i ordered ingredients from asda to make a chocolate tart with rasperry sauce, but two of the main ingredients couldnt be delivered, so i have had to alter it to products that i already have at hom, would vanilla ice cream, with melted chocolate and raspberry sauce(blended frozen raspberrie) on top be ok, would it be suitable for dessert for tonight?

That sounds good to me, you could melt the chocolate, blend the raspberries mix both together, pour over icecream, with some crumbled biscuits over the top, another idea is, if you have some digestive biscuits, crumble them up, press them into a glass flat dish, layer the raspberries on the biscuits, melt chocolate, put ont top, refrigerate till the chocolate has set, serve with the cream.good luck with it, I'm doing summer pudding for ours

You could also crumble some cookies, whatever you have at hand, into the bottom of wine glasses, and just wet them with a spoon ot two of (any) liquor.
Top with some vanilla ice cream, then your raspberry sauce, another layer of ice cream with choc sauce on top.

Forget the Ice-cream - just use the chocolate and rasberry sauces - dribble some on him and lick it off again - let him do likewise to you - messy - but fun !!!
